All Orders Shipped to Customers will require Customer to Sign for Delivery with a photo ID. This is Required for Customer Protection and Store Protection.  All Shipping & Handling Charges are the Sole Responsibility of the Customer and NON-REFUNDABLE in case of Return, Refund, or Exchange. We will ship free of charge the first purchase over $149.00 using Free Ground within the Continental US, free of charge; any purchase under the Free Shipping Limit of $149.00 or less must pay their own ground shipping. 

All Delivery Methods beyond Normal Ground Shipping for original purchase or exchange shipments are subject to additional shipping and handling charges and are the responsibility of the Customer.  Refunds will be credited the full amount less a very minimal $10 for restocking expenses.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for Carrier lost, misdirected or damaged returns. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement when the item has been returned and accepted. 

When you Request a Return Authorization Number, please indicate the reason for the return. Please note: Unauthorized returns with no Authorizing Return Number are automatically rejected and sent back to the Sender.   Any items received beyond the 14 day authorization period, such as 1 to 3 months after receiving such authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

American Mystique will only conduct business or grant such a request with the Original Purchaser of the product. Requests beyond the 10 Days from Delivery Date are not eligible for Return or Refund.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES---All Purchases Dating from Midnight-Nov 15th to Midnight-Dec 21st  for Items intended or specifically held as Christmas Presents/Gifts for December 25th, are Granted Special Holiday Exchange for Size and/or Return Considerations Only until Midnight-December 31st.   No Exceptions from the stated Nov 15th to Dec 21st time period will be granted beyond the  End of Year DEC 31st Date.   Items Purchased After the December 21st Date still retain their own 10 Day Receipt clause.  Requests for Exchanges or Returns outside this time frame will ONLY be considered from their NORMAL PURCHASE AND DATE OF DELIVERY RECEIPT.  If you need more time, just contact American Mystique, explain your situation and we will try to accommodate your needs.

All International Sales are final. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - NO Returns or Exchanges, or Refunds, or Refund Adjustments for any International Sales, Transactions, Purchases, or Claims. All International Sales and Purchases thorough American Mystique are Final at the time of transaction. Some Orders may require a lead production manufacture time for that individual order from 2 to 5 weeks, pending of the type of product. If an International Order or Transaction cannot be delivered in 90 Days time, a Refund can be requested by Purchaser.

American Mystique always Recommend Normal Ground Rate due to its Fair Cost and Established Reliability.

Requests for Product Exchanges or Returns must be made within 10 Days of Receipt of Delivery of Merchandise, and using a Proper Online Invoice/Order Number, the Item Purchased, and include Date of Purchase. All Shipping & Handling Charges are the Sole responsibility of the Customer and are NON-REFUNDABLE in case of Return, Refund, or Exchange.

All EXCHANGES & RETURNS ARE SIMPLE

JUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. CONTACT AMERICAN MYSTIQUE EXCLUSIVELY FOR DIRECT APPROVAL FOR ANY PRODUCT SIZE EXCHANGE OR PRODUCT RETURN. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number for any Exchange or Product Return. Arbitrary or Randomly sent Exchanges or Returns without first being assigned an Authorization Code are not accepted! (Do not contact Suppliers, they will not allow returns without a proper RA Number from American Mystique)

Include your Invoice/Order Number. Request a Return Authorization Number and Your Reason: Exchange or Return. Include any contact information you would like, including a phone number where we can contact you as well.

We will inform you at that time how and where to send in your return or exchange. A Valid R. A. Number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. All approved Returns must have a Valid Return Authorize Number granted only by American Mystique. Your return must be shipped and received within 14 days from approval (see #4). All Shipping & Handling Charges are the Sole responsibility of the Customer and NON-REFUNDABLE in case of Return, Refund, or Exchange.

2. PLACE OR WRITE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE TOP OF THE BOX OR WITHIN THE ADDRESS. If the Return Authorization Number is not visible or present, your return may be rejected and returned to sender.

3. PACKAGE YOUR RETURN WITH ALL TAGS AND A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT ALONG WITH A NOTE INSIDE THE BOX STATING YOUR DESIRE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND A RETURN ADDRESS IF NECESSARY. Be sure to Insure your shipment! If your shipment should become lost or damaged that is a matter between you and the carrier, so be sure to insure your investment.

4. YOUR RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF APPROVAL FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE USE 'UPS' OR 'FEDEX' FOR YOUR RETURN AND RETAIN YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. FedEx and UPS usually take 4 to 10 days for normal Ground Delivery and this should suffice for your return shipment. (Parcel Post is not accepted and will be returned to sender).

Please Note: After 14 days, if your Return has not been Received or Confirmed by American Mystique, we then assume the Return is not forthcoming and/or has not been shipped. American Mystique is not responsible or liable to or for accepting Returns after the 14 day Return Authorizing Period expires. If your Return is going to be late, contact American Mystique before the 14 Day Authorizing Period expires. American Mystique retains full rights in refusing any and all returns beyond the 14 Day Authorized Period expiration date.

If American Mystique should decide to accept a Late-Return and/or an Un-Authorized and/or Arbitrary Return from any Customer or Purchaser, the original Purchaser may or can be subject to a 25% RE-Stocking and Re-Accrediting Fee. Arbitrary or Randomly sent Exchanges or Returns without first being assigned an Authorization Code are not accepted!

5. ANY AND ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES that occur without obtaining a 'Return Authorization Code' prior to shipping or without expressed Approval from American Mystique WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED by American Mystique and/or it's Manufacturers and Distributors. Any items mailed or sent to American Mystique without an Authorized Return code will be refused/and/or/sent back to the sender. Any cost incurred with return mailing or shipment back to the sender will be charged against the original purchaser. (UPDATED JAN 8TH, 2006)

ALL Return Authorizations issued by American Mystique are only valid for 14 Business Days. Any Return Merchandise must be 1) Shipped & 2) Return and Exchanged Merchandise Must Be Received within 14 Business Days . American Mystique will not honor Returns or Exchanges beyond that time limit.

6. American Mystique will only conduct business or grant such a request with the Original Purchaser of the product. Requests beyond the 10 Days from Delivery Date are not returnable for refund. Any and all Refunds or Total Amount Adjustments that might occur will only be granted to the Original purchaser only. Refunds for any reason only qualify to and/or from actual Price Paid. Refunding will be from the actual Price credited at time of sale . No International Returns or Exchanges accepted. Shipping Fees and/or Charges do not apply to Refunds. American Mystique reserves all rights to manually review and approve or decline any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
