Continental USA Ground Shipping is Free for Orders over $149.00, either for one item or for several. UPS or FexEx Rates will apply for anything not USA Ground. 2nd Day or One Day Delivery Shipping costs will be the responsiblity of the Customer and added onto the Purchase Price of the Product.

All Return and Exchange Shipping is the full responsiblity of the Customer, unless covered by specified instructions from American Mystique.

Original Ground Shipping is Free.  Items returned for Full Refund are subject to a minimal $10.00 Re-stocking Fee.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES---All Purchases Dating from Midnight-Nov 15th to Midnight-Dec 21st  for Items intended or specifically held as Christmas Presents/Gifts for December 25th, are Granted Special Holiday Exchange for Size and/or Return Considerations Only until Midnight-December 31st.   No Exceptions from the stated Nov 15th to Dec 21st time period will be granted beyond the  End of Year DEC 31st Date.   Items Purchased After the December 21st Date still retain their own 10 Day Receipt clause.  Requests for Exchanges or Returns outside this time frame will ONLY be considered from their NORMAL PURCHASE AND DATE OF DELIVERY RECEIPT.  If you need more time, just contact American Mystique, explain your situation and we will try to accommodate your needs.

All Orders will require Customer to Sign At Delivery with a photo ID.   This Protects the Customer's Liability.      We always Recommend Normal Ground Rate due to its Fair Cost and Established Reliability.

Tracking Numbers are available on Request only, through email or phone. All Orders Require Customer to Sign for Delivery with a photo ID. American Mystique reserves the right to use any Carrier if an alternative Rate or more Expedient Time Frame becomes available for any particular Shipment or Shipment Destination. All Shipping & Handling Charges are the Sole Responsibility of the Customer and NON-REFUNDABLE in case of Return, Refund, or Exchange.

1.  Shipping Carriers will vary on Products.   We make every attempt to keep Normal Ground Shipping, Handling, and Insurance costs as low and exact as possible.

2.  Distance from where the Product originates influences Delivery Time as well.  We ship through the shortest route, and normally expedite all shipments within 2 to 5 Business Days.  

---Be patient with the Shipping Process.  American Mystique ships from 2 to 5 Business Days.  We also ship from many docks all over the United States, not just Fergus Fall, Mn.   The shipping you purchased in the shopping cart can only be initiated from the time that item leaves the Shipping Dock.

3.  Christmas and other and other Holiday Deliveries are Not Guaranteed past December 12th by American MystiqueT or its Suppliers.    However, we will still try to get it there in time, if the product is available and in stock. 

  Please take Note of the fact that Next Day Deliveries are not guaranteed after the 12 of December.  Shippers can and do become extremely busy, plus Weather can play a factor during the winter.   We have seen 'Next Day Delivery Purchases' just days before Christmas arrive after the Holidays. 

4.  Once a product is in the hands of the Transporting Shipper, American Mystique has No Control on Delivery Date or Time.

A. P. O. addresses are always sent U.S. Mail and may take a little longer for delivery.   The other shipping carriers do not ship to A. P. O.

We ship Ground only to the 48 United States.  For Alaska & Hawaii Residents, both UPS and FedEx now retain a Ground Shipping Format for your states.    Your Order can still go by Air.   The Shopping Cart features the Current shipping rates when you get to the Shipping Page.
